La Grandze Apartment
La Grandze is a twostorey openplan apartment with no separate bedrooms. The ground floor features the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom; the sleeping area is located on the upper floor. It is ideal for families and groups of up to five guests.

The apartment offers 70 m² of open space connected by stairs, and includes a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room, equipped with a 65-inch TV and free highspeed WiFi.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and all beds will be prepared before your arrival.

Outdoor Areas
The apartment includes an outdoor terrace with a table and bench, offering
beautiful mountain views. It is surrounded by a garden and located along the main
road leading to Cervinia.

La Grandze apartment is located in the village of Valtournenche, just a 15minute
drive from BreuilCervinia. The property offers easy access to shops, restaurants,
and the road that connects directly to the ski area.

Parking
The apartment provides one private parking space. If you are arriving with more
than one vehicle, please inform the management in advance.
